How do we make payment?

How long on delivery after the payment has been made?
We shall deliver your gift within 4 working days(excluding the day of your order) after securing your payment.

How much is the cost for delivery?
You can click on here for Delivery Charges.

How do I check the status of my orders?
You can review the status and information of all your orders, whether pending, processing or delivered, that you have placed with Gift2u Portal.
To check the status online on your orders, you can click on the My Account link on the top right of any page on our site.
This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the link to view on your previous orders status.
To view the details of a specific order, you can just click on the view button beside it.

What does the different status of my order means?
Your order passes through following states before it finally enters the 'Delivered' state:
1) Pending: This is the default status for your order and it comes as soon as order is placed.
2) Processing: Your order/payment has been approved and received. We are preparing for the product and the order will be executed for delivery.
3) Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered and received by the destined recipient.
